Healing Through the Wisdom of Mind and Body
Supporting women through anxiety, trauma, grief, and life transitions is at the heart of my practice.
Many of us have spent years trying to think our way out of pain. We analyze, problem solve, and search for answers, yet still find ourselves feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or exhausted. While insight is important, lasting healing often requires us to move beyond the thinking mind and reconnect with the wisdom of the body.
I offer an integrative approach that combines traditional psychotherapy with evidence-based somatic practices and nervous system regulation. Together, we will create a safe and supportive space to slow down, listen deeply, and explore what your body may be communicating beneath the surface of thoughts and emotions.
Our work may include mindfulness, breath awareness, guided meditation, visualization, and gentle exploration of physical sensations. By learning to notice patterns of tension, activation, and constriction within your nervous system, you can begin to respond to life's challenges with greater clarity, resilience, and self compassion.
Rather than focusing on fixing or forcing change, we will cultivate a relationship with your internal experience that is grounded in curiosity, presence, and trust. As your capacity to stay connected with yourself grows, you may find yourself navigating stress, anxiety, difficult emotions, and life's inevitable transitions with greater ease and confidence.
No prior experience with yoga, meditation, or somatic work is needed. This process is gentle, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs. All that is required is a willingness to explore.

I view myself as a partner in the healing process, not the expert on your life. While my role is to offer support, perspective, and guidance, I believe that the deepest wisdom already exists within you. Together, we will create space to listen, explore, and reconnect with the inner knowing that can so easily become obscured by anxiety, trauma, stress, and life's challenges. Continue Reading
