These one to one Somatic Yoga Nidra sessions offer a space to slow down, reconnect inwardly, and support the body and mind in moving out of stress and survival patterns. This work is designed for those navigating anxiety, overwhelm, burnout, emotional reactivity, chronic tension, or simply a longing for deeper rest and connection within themselves.

Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation practice rooted in deep rest and nervous system regulation. Combined with a somatic and trauma conscious approach, these sessions support greater emotional awareness, regulation, and the ability to listen more honestly to what is happening within. Sessions may also include working gently with intentions, emotional patterns, or core beliefs that feel ready to shift, soften, or be more deeply understood. Rather than forcing change, this work invites awareness, curiosity, and compassionate listening.

  • What to Expect
  • Each 90 minute session begins with time to settle in and explore what feels most present or important for you. Together, we create an intention for the session that may support emotional healing, nervous system regulation, or deeper connection to yourself.
  • You will then be guided through a personalized Somatic Yoga Nidra practice while resting comfortably. The practice is designed to help the body soften out of activation and move toward states of rest, regulation, and repair.
  • Following the practice, we allow space for reflection and integration. This is often where insight, emotional clarity, or a deeper understanding of long held patterns and beliefs can begin to emerge.
