I offer one to one Yoga Nidra sessions that invite you into deep rest, emotional regulation, and a more settled relationship with your inner world. These sessions are designed for the moments when something in you is ready to shift, soften, or be met more honestly. You might be noticing patterns of stress, anxiety, overwhelm, emotional reactivity, burnout, or a sense that your nervous system is carrying more than it can hold. You may also simply feel called to go inward and reconnect with a steadier place beneath it all.

Yoga Nidra offers a structured form of deep rest that supports the body and mind in moving out of survival states and into regulation. Over time, it can help unwind chronic tension, support emotional processing, and create more space between experience and reaction. Many people find it helpful for anxiety, sleep disruption, trauma recovery support, and overall mental and emotional clarity.

  • What a Session Feels Like
  • Each 90 minute session is unhurried and personal. We begin by arriving together in conversation, gently exploring what is present for you and what feels most important to work with that day. There is nothing to perform or get right. This is a space for honesty, simplicity, and presence.

From there, I guide you into a deeply supported Yoga Nidra practice, where you will lie down comfortably and be invited into a state of rest that is both conscious and restorative. The practice is designed to support nervous system regulation, helping the body shift out of activation and into deeper states of ease and repair.

After the practice, we take time to integrate your experience. This part of the session is often where insight lands, emotions begin to make sense, or a quieter clarity emerges. We move slowly here so you can feel what is true for you and leave with something grounded to carry forward into your life.
